Nowadays, more and more manufacturers are producing new stainless steel ton barrels, and the accompanying industry competition pressure is increasing, leading to the emergence of various ton barrels in the market. So, what are the performance testing indicators for ton barrels?
Corrosion resistance test indicators: When testing the anti-corrosion performance of ton barrels, the barrels are placed in corrosive chemicals and then soaked at a temperature of 75 ℃ for 48 hours. The barrel body must not rupture, bubble or deform.
Anti aging test objective: the material shall be suitable for aging and meet the requirements in the following table: aging time (H). After artificial aging, the change rate of impact strength is below 40% or less than 6000. UV protection material, 5% color, and will not fade for 8 years (outdoors).
UV protection and hardness testing indicators: From the perspective of engineering plastics, the UV protection coefficient is closely related to the hardness of second-hand ton barrels in quality prediction. The intensity of ultraviolet radiation varies in every corner of the world. In the same place, different colors react differently to ultraviolet radiation.
High temperature test indicators: Used ton barrels will be left indoors for 3 days. The temperature of the room is maintained at 90-95 ℃. After cooling, the appearance of the barrel should not be damaged, blistered or deformed. The moisture absorption rate of the material is less than 0.01 to ensure that the box layout does not become brittle or deformed.
